This KBR project involved creating a B-roll compilation featuring employees smiling, posing, and interacting naturally. The footage was organized and broken down for easy integration into future KBR content, showcasing the team's culture and positive work environment.

This project at Kleinfelder, was successfully completed as a team effort, with particular emphasis on collaboration and detailed coordination. Throughout the process, I worked closely with a team member, primarily communicating through email to ensure streamlined and organized exchanges. These communications included a range of content such as detailed instructions, feedback, questions, and concerns, which allowed us to maintain clear alignment on all project aspects. For this video we included captions, color corrections in premiere pro, Blue tint for the intro and outro using adobe express, and titles for each person.

This project at Kleinfelder, was a success due to strong team collaboration and effective communication. The filming took place in our Denver office, where we captured both B-roll footage and interviews to highlight the essence of the Colorado Black Chamber of Commerce event. To stay aligned on project goals and progress, we held regular meetings via Microsoft Teams and communicated through email. These discussions covered all aspects of the project, from initial planning to final touches, ensuring we had the information needed to accurately portray the event. Weekly review meetings allowed us to present rough cuts, address questions, and gather valuable feedback to refine the project further. We operated the camera, included color correction in premiere pro, sound design using adobe audition, and Blue tinting the intro and outro using adobe express.

At Kleinfelder, our team collaborated on a project exploring the best ways to stretch while sitting at a desk, whether in the office or at home. This initiative emphasized teamwork and effective communication, allowing us to share ideas, research ergonomic practices, and develop simple yet effective stretches. Through collaboration, we ensured the stretches were practical, easy to follow, and beneficial for overall well-being.

This solo Sheiart media team project, was filmed in a home setting to create an intimate and authentic portrayal of each subject. As the sole creator, I managed all aspects of the project, from filming to post-production. My contributions included color correction and titles in premiere pro and Photoshop.
